Mi = Mitochondrium (Crista-Typ); Ms = Myelinscheide (Markscheide, gebildet aus
vielen Wicklungen der Zellmembran der Schwann'schen Scheidenzelle);
Nf = Neurofilamente (gehören zu den Intermediärfilamenten);
Nt = Neurotubuli (etwas dicker, rundlicher Querschnitt = Mikrotubuli der Nervenzellen);
Nr = Nodus ranvieri = Ranvier'scher Schnürring.
