Conditions
of use
skeletal muscle filaments in longitudinal section: I-band (monkey)

A = anisotrope, doppelbrechende Bande (A-Bande, Länge entspricht der Länge der Myosinfilamente);
Grg = Glykogengranula; I = isotrope Bande (wird bei Kontraktion kürzer, hier liegen nur Aktinfilamente,
die sich in die A-Bande hinein fortsetzen); SER = sarkoplasmatisches Retikulum = L-Tubuli
= glattes endoplasmatisches Retikulum (Ca++Speicher); Mi = Mitochondrium (Crista-Typ);
Z =  Z-Streifen (hier Verbindung der Aktinfilamente miteinander, enthält alpha-Aktinin, Vinculin und Z-Protein).
